E. Ind. Toy Store’s Facade Makeover Not Holding Up

RICHMOND, Ind. (AP): The facade of an eastern Indiana toy store that recently got a makeover revealed during a Dec. 13 broadcast of NBC's “Today Show” is already showing signs of wear and tear. Some of the vinyl covering that's part of the new facade of Veach's Toy Station is peeling away from the Richmond building's surface. Store co-owner Shari Veach attributes the problems to the speed of the makeover and the changeable weather since the facade was built.
