ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An elderly woman was injured this morning in New Haven, while spraying for weeds.

77-year-old Gloria Nietert was operating an Artic Cat off-road vehicle with a tank sprayer attached. She ran over the hose and that’s when the hose pinned her right leg against the rear right fender, causing a deep laceration. 

Neitert was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
