ELKHART, Ind. (AP): Elkhart County ranked third in the nation in job growth from March 2012 to March 2013. The county was the symbol of the nation's unemployment woes four years ago. It had 6 percent job growth between March 2012 and March 2013.  Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce President Kyle Hannon calls the statistics signs major employers are doing well.
