KOSCIUSCKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): After running from police, an Elkhart man was arrested on drug charges. Kosciusko County officers were conducting an undercover marijuana purchase yesterday afternoon. After the purchase, the suspect, 30-year-old Emmanuel Collier, ran from officers. After a short chase, a deputy tackled Collier . He was taken into custody and preliminarily charged with resisting/fleeing law enforcement, and a felony charge of dealing marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.
