Embattled abortion doctor facing more charges from Indiana AG’s office

INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): More charges for an embattled abortion doctor that ran offices in Fort Wayne and South Bend.

The Indiana Attorney General’s Office has filed an amended complaint with the Medical Licensing Board in the licensing case of Dr. Ulrich Klopfer.

In the 12 page complaint, which you can find here, more extensive violations have been added to the original report. They include about 2,400 pregnancy reports that were either turned in late, incomplete, or inaccurate.

It’s also being alleged that Dr. Klopfer failed to submit documentation of abortions performed on at least two teens in a timely manner as well as employing unqualified staff.

The board will formally hear the complaint at their March 24th meeting.

Dr. Klopfer’s last abortion facility in South Bend closed in December. He also had abortion clinics in Gary and Fort Wayne.
