The Allen County Ethics Commission has agreed to drop the complaint filled against Moss.  

A public hearing was held earlier this afternoon, in regards to a traffic stop that happened last June. That’s when Moss was suspected of driving under the influence, however, he was “released” after he called Sheriff Ken Fires.

Today, the Councilman issued an apology at the meeting for calling Sheriff Fries during the traffic stop.
