Fire at Fort Wayne Metals Wire Processing Facility

FORT WAY NE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne fire crews battled an early morning blaze at the Fort Wayne Metals wire processing facility.

 

Firefighters got the call just after 4:00 a.m., Sunday morning. Once on the scene, they found smoke coming from a ventilation system. They were able to quickly control and extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and the building suffered minor damage, but crews are still trying to figure out the cause of the blaze.
