DEFIANCE, Ohio (WOWO): Five people from Defiance, Ohio are in custody today after authorities there made a drug bust. 

A warrant was served Friday at an apartment on Ayersville Avenue that stemmed from two reported heroin overdoses that took place within a day of the bust. 

33  year old Jessica Lavigne and 22 year old Shuntel Tilot are charged with possession of heroin and child endangerment. 

33 year old Martin Alejo and 32 year old San Juanita Kimmet are both charged with heroin possession. 

And 31 year old Benjamin Smith the Second is charged with meth possession and violating probation.
