Former Chairman Convicted After Forging Signatures

SOUTH BEND, Ind. (WOWO): Jurors have convicted a former northern Indiana Democratic county chairman and a party member accused of forging signatures on petitions used to place Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton on the 2008 primary ballot. The St. Joseph County jury reached verdicts Thursday night against former County Chairman Butch Morgan and party member Dan Blythe.
