Fort Wayne Looking For Riverfront Walkway Designs

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The next step for the Fort Wayne Riverfront project is to plan the downtown walkway… 

Mayor Tom Henry said in a statement the city is looking for design proposals, making riverfront development a top priority that puts the city in a position for future economic growth.  

Those qualified should have experience in landscape architecture, engineering, and urban and graphic design.  

The proposals are due on September 8th, with the winning plan selected by the end of October.   

The cost of the project should not exceed $8 million dollars.
