FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police are investigating a Monday night robbery at the Papa John’s Pizza located on Bluffton Road near Interlaken Drive.

While police were in route to the scene, dispatch was given a description of the suspect. He was described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and wearing a mask with goggles. Once on the scene, police began talking to several witnesses.

One employee stated that while he was in the office counting the cash for the evening, he looked up and saw the suspect standing in the doorway with a gun. The suspect told the employee, “…give me all the cash.”

All the workers present during the time of the robbery stated that the suspect was wearing a large, dark-colored sweatshirt with stripes. Once the suspect got what he wanted, he took off running. Meanwhile, police are investing.
