FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The Fort Wayne Police Department has released a computer-generated image of the man who might be responsible for the 1988 abduction and murder of an 8-year-old Fort Wayne girl.
April Tinsley’s killer has never been found, as we approach three decades since her body was found in a ditch in DeKalb County in April 1988. Police say she was suffocated and molested. Now Parabon Nanolabs has released an updated computer generated image of what the killer may have looked like then, as well as an image of what he should look like now. You can find both images above.
Fort Wayne Police spokesman Mike Joyner adds that the imaging process, which uses genetic history and traits from DNA, is a matter of percentage and does not guarantee an accurate photo.

looks similar to the guy they wanted to question when the 2 young teens were murdered not far from there.
