FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A 57-year-old woman died in a fire on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

The Allen County Coroner’s Office said Roseann Smiley died from smoke inhalation. The manner of death was ruled an accident.

Smiley was found in a fire in the 4600 block of Fairfield Avenue on Tuesday.

The incident is still under investigation.
