FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Four people are in custody after Fort Wayne officials arrested them at a condemned property Friday morning.

Police say Michael Cardwell is charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, which is a felony. He, along iwth Melanie Hemming and Candy Girardot, are also charged with Possession of Paraphernalia. Roland Williams was wanted on a Contempt of Court Arrest Warrant.

Two pit bulls and a cat were taken away by Fort Wayne Animal Control and Care.

The residence was declared condemned after the property was vacated.
