FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Four people have been arrested after an armed robbery at a LaGrange County home Monday.

The LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department says officers were called to a home on County Road 100 W after three men and a seventeen-year-old woke up the homeowner at gunpoint, forcing him to open a safe.

They tried to make off with guns, collector coins, jewelry and electronics, but three of them were arrested at the scene of the crime while a fourth was caught soon after in Elkhart. A single shot was fired inside the home during the robbery, but nobody was hurt.

The following arrests were made: 24-year-old Milton Garcia, 20-year-old Joseph Phillips, 20-year-old Alan Anyul, and a 17-year-old juvenile, all of Elkhart. All are facing preliminary charges of burglary, armed robbery, criminal confinement, and criminal recklessness.
