Heard about this program on the radio today. May be an excellent program. However, as usual, the only way to implement the program is to increase my taxes. Certainly, there exists no bloat in the FWCS system budget. Once again, there simply isn’t. one program, one position, or any other budgetary item that can be reduced or eliminated to make room for the new program. Sorry, but until someone can address government waste and fraud and show us show us the reason nothing can be replaced to implement a new program I can’t be fooled again into paying ever increasing taxes.
