FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Locally, we're back on the upswing of gas prices lately. Average prices in Fort Wayne went up almost 9 cents per gallon in the last week, making average prices $3.40 per gallon.  Nationally, gas prices have stayed almost the same-falling just under one cent a gallon in the past week. Gasbuddy.com Analyst Patrick DeHaan attributes the steady prices to the cold temps we've had lately. He expects gas prices to stay the same for the next several weeks.
