FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Prices in Fort Wayne have risen over 10 cents a gallon in the last week, but the national average has fallen .4 cents a gallon. Prices remain lower than they were a year ago. Prices could rise as this week goes on, but Patrick DeHaan with gasbuddy.com says they could be limited.
