Gun stolen by intruder in LaGrange County

LAGRANGE, Ind. (WOWO):  Someone used a tool to break into a house and steal a gun.

A man who lives near Royer Lake in LaGrange called police after his gun was missing from his bedside table.  Police found that a small pry tool was used to break into the home, and at some point between 4 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, the .38 caliber Smith and Wesson revolver was taken.  

The weapon was entered into the NCIC and IDACS as stolen, and the case is being investigated by the LaGrange County Sheriff's Department.
