Indiana BMV Admits It May Have Overcharged Hoosiers

INDIANA (WOWO): After a class action lawsuit was filed, the Indiana BMV came out admitting it may have “inadvertently” overcharged millions of Hoosiers for their driver’s licenses, since 2007.

An Indianapolis attorney filed a lawsuit in March claiming the BMV overcharged drivers as much as $7 dollars more per license. Currently, the suit is looking to get more than 30 million dollars in damages.
