Indiana Doctors Reduce Medical Errors

<span style=”font-size: 18px;”>Indiana health officials say hospitals and other health care facilities in the state are doing a slightly better job reducing medical errors. There were 100 reported “events” last year, a slight drop from 2010. Some cases included doctors performing surgery on the wrong part of the body and cases where a foreign object was left inside a patient after an operation.
