Indiana Shifts More Money into Child Care Help

INDIANA (AP): Indiana is shifting some of its federal welfare dollars into a program that helps families needing child care. The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration will move an additional $23 million from the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program to the Child Care Development Fund. FSSA has moved $62 million to the child care program.
