Indiana State Police Reopen Murder Investigation from 1981

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana State Police are reopening a murder investigation from over 3 decades ago. On Friday, October 2, 1981, the body of 65-year-old Donald Quinlan was found at his home near the White Water River in Cedar Grove. Now, with forensic technology and new witness information, state police have reopened the investigation.
