Indy Race Reviews Security After Boston Blasts

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis authorities are reviewing security for the upcoming 500 Festival Mini-Marathon following explosions at the Boston Marathon.

Indianapolis Homeland Security Director Gary Coons says the city already had a plan in place for the May 4 event that includes sweeping cars and areas with bomb-detection dogs but security officials will update it as necessary following the Boston blasts Monday.
