INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ Indianapolis authorities are reviewing security for the upcoming 500 Festival Mini-Marathon following explosions at the Boston Marathon.
 
  Indianapolis Homeland Security Director Gary Coons says the city already had a plan in place for the May 4 event that includes sweeping cars and areas with bomb-detection dogs but security officials will update it as necessary following the Boston blasts Monday. The Indianapolis race attracts more than 35,000 runners.
 
  Mini-Marathon spokeswoman Megan Bulla says organizers “will definitely be on heightened awareness.”
 
  Initial reports said the Boston blasts killed two people and injured many others.
 
  About 280 runners from Indiana were registered for the Boston Marathon.
 
  The NBA’s Indiana Pacers released a statement saying everyone in the team’s travel party was accounted for. The Pacers were in Boston for a game Tuesday.
