Irsay Trial Scheduled for August


INDIANAPOLIS (WOWO): An Indianapolis judge has set an August trial set for Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay.

Irsay faces as much as 60 days in jail for two misdemeanor charges connected to driving under the influence of prescription drugs. According to the Indianapolis Star, Irsay's case will go trial August 28. He has a hearing scheduled for July 28.

In March, Irsay was stopped for a traffic violation.

A blood test later revealed he had oxycodone or hydrocodone in his system.
