IU Professor Fights Against NSA Collection of Data

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP): An Indiana University professor is joining a group of legal experts arguing against the National Security Agency's collection of data from Verizon. Fred Cate has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court's order authorizing the collection. He argues the order violates the Patriot Act.
