FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO):  The planned restriction of Jefferson Boulevard to one westbound lane is now scheduled for Tuesday morning, February 25th at 9:00 a.m. Cold temperatures are slowing the repair process near the viaduct at Catalpa Street and Jefferson.

Monday night, drivers will have access to one lane in each direction.

The temporary detour for eastbound traffic on Tuesday will use Freeman Street to Taylor Street to Broadway and back to Jefferson.
