FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A familiar sight will return to the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum this week.

The F-84F Thunderstreak Jet will return to the Coliseum Thursday morning. It will be on its new pedestal in the new Veteran's Plaza on the northwest corner of the arena. Arena crews will prepare the plane for lifting starting at 8 AM, with the lift expected to begin at 10 AM. 

Meanwhile, Veteran's Plaza will be formally dedicated in a ceremony on Saturday, November 7th as part of annual Veteran's Day events.
