TOLEDO, Ohio (WOWO) A federal judge has denied a DeKalb County man’s request to withdraw his guilty plea to starting a fire at a Toledo mosque. Randy Linn, of St. Joe was in court this morning when he told the judge that he was in an emotional state when he pleaded guilty to hate crime charges.
