FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne-based Lutheran Health Network has been ordered by an Allen County Judge to pay the legal fees of attorneys, companies, and individuals involved in a lawsuit that was settled last year.

According to the Journal Gazette, Judge Nancy Boyer ordered the Network and its parent company, Community Health Systems, to pay $210,650 to those who asked to reimbursed after being subpoenaed during Lutheran’s lawsuit against former CEO Brian Bauer. That lawsuit was settled out-of-state.

A Community Health Systems spokesman says they disagree with the ruling and are evaluating their options for an appeal.
