Kosciusko County Officers Arrest Claypool Woman for Allegedly Dealing Heroin

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): An anonymous tip leads Kosciusko County officers to the arrest of a Claypool woman for allegedly dealing heroin.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers responded to a home in Claypool, around 2:00 p.m., Wednesday. The homeowner, 48-year-old Teresa Lambert, allegedly admitted to selling heroin from her Beaver Dam Lake residence.

Deputies then located 15 small bags of individually packaged heroin along with approximately $800 in cash at the home.  Lambert was arrested and preliminarily charged with felony dealing a Schedule I controlled substance/narcotic (heroin).  She is currently being held at the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers estimated that the 15 bags of prepackaged heroin have a street value of approximately $3,000.
