LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): A drug investigation at a LaGrange County home leads to the arrest of Anthony Sturgill.

On Wednesday, the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at Sturgill's home. During the search, he admitted to cashing a forged check at an area business and he also confessed that he was in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.

Police also found items consistent with the making of methamphetamine and they also found some things stolen from a rural burglary.  

Sturgill was taken into custody and transported to the LaGrange County Jail.
