LAGRANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): LaGrange County police are searching for a 24-year-old man who is accused of rape.

Benito Rodriguez Jr. is wanted out of LaGrange County on for charge of rape, a level 1 felony. If convicted, he could spend up to 40 years in prison, according to the LaGrange County Sheriff’s Department. 

Police say is he is 5-feet 7-inches tall, weighs about 190 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. He’s known to go to Sturgis, Mich.
