INDIANAPOLIS (AP): The lawsuit filed by a missing Indiana University student's parents against three men is on hold until a judge decides whether to dismiss it. Lawyers for Corey Rossman, Michael Beth and Jason Rosenbaum maintain the parents of Lauren Spierer have no evidence their daughter is dead or that the men were involved.
