FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A band with Fort Wayne roots is being recognized by an international rock music magazine.
Soft 'N' Heavy has been named the top band up and coming band around the globe. The review includes 15 up-and-coming groups by London-based Classic Rock Magazine.

The band is comprised of guitarist and singer Atticus Sorrell, bass guitarist and singer Ben Tarr, drummer Bray Caughlin, and Garrett Spoelhof on piano and organ. 

Over the past 2 years they have performed at C2G Music Hall, Calhoun Street Soups Salads and Spirits, Rock the Plaza and Zepfest.

Atticus is a student at the University of Saint Francis.  Bray, Ben and Garrett attend North Side high school.
