DANVILLE, Ind. (WOWO) — Danville Police are looking into a female who stole mail and a credit card.

Sometime between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. on January 13th, a female was found taking mail from a mailbox, including a credit card, according to surveillance video at an apartment. Then, she threw some of that mail away behind a dumpster.

Authorities say that stolen credit card was used later that afternoon at a gas station and a grocery store.

A man was teaming up with that woman as he was driving them both, and he even went inside the gas station with her. Though police are not saying the man is a suspect, they are still figuring out his and the woman’s names.

If you have any information, Danville Police urge you to give them a call at 317-745-3001.
