Man, 22, Drowns After Falling in Indiana Reservoir

CICERO, Ind. (AP) – Authorities say a 22-year-old man has been found dead in an Indiana reservoir after he fell in the water while not wearing a lifejacket.

A dive team found the man's body around 6 p.m. Thursday at the bottom of Morse Reservoir north of Indianapolis. Crews searched for a little over two hours.

According to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, witnesses who were with the man told investigators that he was being pulled on an inner tube behind a boat. They said he fell off after hitting a large wave, and they didn't see him resurface.

The man's name has not been released.
