FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An arrest has been made in connection with the shooting death of Mark Young that happened last month on Reed Street. Early this morning, Fort Wayne police took Ronald Williams, age 26, of Fort Wayne, into custody.  He was taken to the Allen County Jail on a preliminary charge of murder.
