KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – A man was arrested in Kosciusko County after stealing a crossbow Tuesday.

Kosciusko County Deputies were dispatched to the 3500 block of West County Road 100 North in Warsaw for possible theft. The caller reported that Dylan Stimeling, 24, had taken a crossbow from the residence and left the scene.

Police found him in a neighboring yard.

Stimeling refused to comply with the officer, but eventually put down the crossbow. Then he began briskly walking toward the City-County Athletic Complex.

The officer had to shock Stimeling with a stun gun before arresting him. He was then transported to the Kosciusko County Jail and is being held on a $750 cash bond for theft and resisting arrest.
