FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department have identified the victim critically injured in a hit and run accident earlier this week.

46-year-old Conrad Symonds was hit last Monday, July 14th, around 5:43 a.m., near the intersection of Goodfellow Drive and Shannon Drive.

Two pedestrians found Symonds unconscious and unresponsive, then called police.  He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
