Man Dead After Water Recovery in Parke County

PARKE COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Indiana Conservation Officers recovered the body of a Veedersburg, Indiana man Monday night at Raccoon Lake in Rockville. Officers were called just before 5:00 P.M. on report of a submerged victim. Divers recovered the body of 29-year-old Terry Johnson and tried to resuscitate him, but those attempts failed. An autopsy is scheduled. Officers believe drugs and alcohol to be factors in the incident.
