I’m sorry this person was injured. BUT why do we need 15 days of fireworks. When fireworks are being shot off in my neighborhood the dog refuses to go out to do his business. Why isn’t there a cut off time that is enforced? Why are there no limits on the days for fireworks? I thought we were supposed to have respect for our pets and our neighbors.
