WATERLOO, Ind. (WOWO): A man pulling into a liquor store in Waterloo accidentally drove into that liquor store Wednesday night at about 9:45 PM. 

Authorities say it's likely 72 year old Robert Sanders of Defiance, Ohio accidentally hit the gas instead of the brakes, though he told police he wasn't sure what happened. 

Sanders did pass a brethalyzer test. No charges were filed.
