FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A person was in the area of Fairfield and Creighton when he found a Hispanic man lying in the sidewalk of Las Lomas restaurant. He called police. According to our partners in news at 21 Alive, the man was taken to a hospital in critical condition. Police believe the incident to be a hit and run.the police hope that security cameras in the area could have recorded what happened.
