COLUMBUS, Ind. (AP): The Indiana National Guard officer named as the new commander of Camp Atterbury says the position is one he's sought through his military career.
 
Colonel Richard Shatto is to take over leading the training base near Edinburgh in mid-December. He'll be taking over for Colonel Ivan Denton, who is being promoted to brigadier general and a national position in Washington.
