FORT WAYNE Ind. (WOWO): Fort Wayne police were called to a residence this morning after reports of a man making suicidal threats from his porch.
Officers arrived to the 2000 block of Gilmore Drive just before 2 a.m. The man barricaded himself inside and refused to make contact with police. However, the man would periodically come outside and threaten the officers.
The man also refused to speak with officers via phone. An Emergency Service Team was eventually able to apprehend him without injury.
Investigators are still looking into the case. No word on the man's identity.
