FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Mayor Tom Henry will head to Indianapolis Wednesday and Thursday to attend the Mayors Institute. It’s hosted by the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns and the IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs. The program is designed for training and networking opportunities. Topics will include public safety and maximizing opportunities with education partners.
