Tomorrow, Tom Henry will discuss the upcoming Regional Neighborhood Network Conference (RNNC), which will be held in Fort Wayne from Sept. 27 to 29th at the Grand Wayne Convention Center.  The conference will include representatives from the five-state region and it will be on the 4th floor of the Mayor’s Office.
