Tuesday morning, a criminal investigation by Indiana State Police resulted in the arrest of Kristopher Main, 39, of rural Denver, IN.

He’s facing two class C felony charges for sexual misconduct with a minor. 

The investigation was launched earlier this month, at the request of Miami County Department of Child Services Case Worker who received information that a 14-year-old Miami County girl had possibly been sexually assaulted.

The investigation revealed that Main had allegedly touched the 14-year-old Miami County girl, on two separate occasions, in a sexual manner.

Main was arrested and is locked up in the Miami County Jail. His bond is set at $24,000.
