Michael Fabini, the brother of NFL player Jason Fabini is facing a 44-count federal indictment accusing him of drug trafficking and money laundering.  According to the Journal-Gazette Fabini was in U.S. District Court today for a hearing on the charges, along with Marshall Butler who has also been indicted in the case.  The two were the subject of raids that took place least year.  Court documents said Fabini and Butler conspired to distribute more than 1,000 kilograms of marijuana between September of 2007 and Dec of last year.  The report said Jason Fabini was not named in the indictment.
